Situated midway between Bognor and Worthing is the small seaside town of Littlehampton.
The port is situated at the mouth of the River Arun and boasts a proud waterside heritage. Its Harbour remains one of the town's main attractions, along with its award-winning beach and seaside amusements.
The tiny hamlet of 'Hampton' was first recorded in 1086, but people have lived and worked in the area for at least 2,500 years.
