Headlamps LED version for sea fishing at night
These are fairly new to the market and have greatly improved with time

thanks Braid Direct for image
You wear the lamp around your head so were your eyes look so does the lamp
The difference between a conventual headlamp and a LED headlamp is the type of light that it uses
LED is short for light emitting diode ( if I remember correctly and spelt it right ) which are very low wattage lights , but emit a large amount of light for their size thus using a great deal less battery power
They are also alot light to wear on your head than the old heaver headlamps. Although I find you do not get the same level of light form a LED headlamp they are more than enough to fish with
There are many makes on the market ranging from £10.00 to £60.00 and its down to your budget on which one to go for
LED Headlamps come various colour LEDS from all white light / red light / a mixture of both and some also have a facility to have a blink light which saves on batteries
